Screw Piling

Screw piles can be used in almost all situations where conventional piled foundations would be specified. They are composite end-bearing/friction piles, well suited for resistance to compression or tension loads in poor soil conditions by transferring load to high end bearing capacity helical plates. Hand held screw piling

As the name suggests this system is run by a power pack and hand held torque head. Its small size enables access through the width of a door and allows piles to be driven on the smallest of sites. Benefits include: quick installation times, zero vibration, no spoil, minimal noise levels, completely portable and ideal for low headroom situations. It makes a very cost effective option. Grundomat piling

Grundomat Piling uses a mobile compressor to drive an air hammer. Flexible hoses allow travel of considerable distances, this is an advantage in areas of limited access. Underpin piling

Using this narrow access piling system, with zero vibration that produces no spoil it is possible to achieve considerable loads. To utilise the system further an underpin bracket has been developed and it may be possible for settled buildings to be returned to their original line and level.
